Post it!

This concept is a lot like that of Operation Beautiful.  Grab a stack of post-its, write down any encouraging message that comes to mind, and stick them where people will see.

Hug

Hug a friend or someone who you know needs encouragement.  Pluck up the courage and hug a stranger!  (Be careful.)  You could make somebody's day!
